Air Hydro Power voted one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky!
For the 3rd year in a row, Air Hydro Power was named one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky! The Best Places Program is sponsored by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management.
To be considered for the BEST list, companies are evaluated on their benefits, policies and practices. In addition, each employee completed a confidential "Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey." The surveys were designed to measure things like overall employee engagement & satisfaction, pay & benefits, relationship with supervisor, training & development, and work environment.
In addition to earning a spot on the list of Best Places to Work, Air Hydro Power was also a top scorer in the "Work Environment" category.
