Cognex EasyBuilder and Spreadsheet Training (4 days)
The In-Sight – EasyBuilder® and Spreadsheet class prepares students for programming and implementing a Cognex® In-Sight® Vision System. In-Sight – EasyBuilder® and Spreadsheet gives new or potential In-Sight users a 4 day overview of the hardware and software used by In-Sight Vision Systems. The class features both spreadsheet application development and an introduction to EasyBuilder®. The class also focuses on In-Sight spreadsheet use. Spreadsheet users will learn how spreadsheet functions work and apply their knowledge to complete the class lab exercises.

The class focuses on hands-on labs to build advanced tool usage scenarios within real-world applications.

Mitsubishi FX PLC Basic Training (2 days)
This course is designed to familiarize the attendee with the FX Series PLC and GX Works 2 software used to configure and maintain it. Topics include FX base and extension units, special function modules, memory allocation and addressing, data registers, timers and counters, entering, editing, and monitoring ladder programs, uploading and downloading programs, online operations, special relays and registers, and GX Works documentation and utilities.
Each student will need to bring a notebook PC with GX Works2 installed. Arrangements can also be made for PC rental.
Training costs: $500 per student (Includes lunch and course material)
Class hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm daily

Mitsubishi Q Series Basic Training (3 days)
This course is designed to familiarize the attendee with the Q Series PLC and GX Works 2 software used to configure and maintain it. Topics include Q base and extension units, extension cables, processors, power supplies, discrete I/O, intelligent function modules, memory allocation and addressing, data registers, timers and counters, entering, editing, and monitoring ladder programs, uploading and downloading programs, online operations, special relays and registers, data transfer and comparison instructions, and GX Works documentation and utilities. Previous PLC training or experience is highly recommended for this course.
Each student will need to bring a notebook PC with GX Works2 installed. Arrangements can also be made for PC rental.

Mitsubishi VFD Training (1 day - on demand)
This is an entry-level course designed to introduce the fundamentals of the 700 Series Variable Frequency Drives. Topics include AC motors, VFD theory, load types, hardware, parameters, configuration, installation, and real-world applications. FR Configurator software will be used in the course.
