Products
Solenoid Valves
Humphrey Pneumatic solenoid valves are categorized into two basic types, direct-acting and pilot-operated. These pneumatic solenoid valves offer design engineers high-flow efficiency in two-way, three-way, and four-way functions. These valves accommodate nearly any media, including compressed air, vacuum, and inert gases.
Inert Solenoid Valves
Humphrey iDP Inert Diaphragm Poppet Solenoid Valves are designed to control difficult media, including bodily fluids, cleaners, reagents, and aggressive fluids. The iDP is constructed of materials suitable for fluids at elevated liquid temperatures as well.
The iDP is perfect for life science equipment, analytical devices, and kidney dialysis. It’s also adaptable for clinical chemistry, agent detection, environmental monitoring, food and beverage, and gaseous flow control.
ProControl™ Valve Series
Proportional Control Solenoid Valves deliver variable output flow control from corresponding input current to its solenoid. The compact design of Humphrey’s ProControl™ Series is an excellent addition to any device or equipment and offers flexibility, precise control of flow, and economic advantages not available from on/off solenoid valves.
The advanced ProControl™ Servoid Series delivers extremely precise control and high output flow settings, and has become a standard in critical care patient ventilation equipment.
Diaphragm Poppet Valves
Diaphragm Poppet Valves feature our exclusive moniker “valves that cannot stick and will not leak,” making them perfect for difficult and critical pneumatic applications.
Whether your challenge is reliability in dirty, moisture-laden compressed air systems, maintaining the integrity of pure, clean media throughout your processing, or any need in between Diaphragm Poppet valves are a smart choice.
Air Pilot Valves
Humphrey offers design and plant manufacturing engineers, a variety of standard and specialty 2-, 3- and 4-way Air Piloted Valves that will address most any application, even the more difficult challenges other manufacturers cannot.
Operate Humphrey Air Piloted Valves with smaller, more efficient piloting valves located remotely, or coupled to outputs of work valves when a simultaneous function is needed.
Manual Valves
Humphrey manual valves are compact, rugged and reliable 2, 3 and 4-way valves that provide excellent performance in industrial applications. Line up features the rugged diaphragm poppet principle of high flow rates, reliable shifting and bubble tight sealing of 1/8 and 1/4 PIPE manual valves.
For miniature, lighter duty applications, we recommend our 10-32 UNF and 1/8 PIPE TAC series of 2, 3 and 4-way push button, push-pull and toggle valves. Versatile push-button TAC valves can be applied with or without foot/knee or fingertip operators.
Mechanical Valves
Humphrey mechanical valves are compact, rugged and reliable 2- and 3-way valves that provide excellent performance. These valves feature our rugged diaphragm poppet valve principle of high flow rates, reliable shifting and bubble tight sealing. We recommend them in your most difficult roller can and roller ball workplace applications.
Miniature, lighter duty applications are solved with our TAC series of 2, 3 and 4-way push button mechanical valves applied with or without convenient cam or roller ball TAC operators.
Check, Shuttlle, and Quick Exhaust Valves
Humphrey’s versatile, Super Quick Exhaust valves redirect the exhaust or expulsion of compressed air to a high flow piped third port.
Shuttle valves allow compressed air to flow from one of two sources, delivering each path to its common out port. Typical applications include function controls from multiple locations and introducing various pneumatic media or pressure.
Check valves allow compressed air to flow in one direction and prevent reverse flow. These one-way valves are used in applications where backflows are not permitted or must be redirected. Check valves are available in 10-32 UNF and 1/8 PIPE ports from the miniature TAC Series.
