Parker Transair

Transair® pipe is lightweight, strong and resistant to corrosion. Parker manufactures the piping in aluminum 6063 T5 as defined in ASTM B241. It is extruded and calibrated within the tolerances specifically required for push-to-connect fittings. Transair® aluminum pipe ensures higher longevity of equipment and avoids frequent changes of filtration elements due to its consistent clean quality air from compressor outlets to machines. Transair® is an environmentally sustainable and responsible product that reduces the carbon footprint by 80 percent over steel piping installations.

Transair elbows are quick and easy to install and are available in 90° and 45° angles. This complete line of elbows come in pip-to-pipe or male NPT threaded versions so you can choose the right connection for your application.

Transair Tee and Y fittings are designed to securely fit around Transair aluminum pipe, increasing system efficiency and preventing compressed air leaks. They offer a variety of choices including:

• Equal Tees and Y’s
• Reducing Tees and Y’s
• Threaded Tees
• Expanding Tees
• Flanged Tees

Transair 3/4" and 1" stainless steel compressed piping is made from 316L grade stainless. This offers extra protection for compressed air drops that will come into contract with washdown chemicals more frequently than the header. Our 1-1/2" to 4" stainless steel piping is made from 304 grade stainless. For extra chemical and temperature compatibility, we offer either EPDM or FKM seals for our stainless steel compressed air piping fittings.

For compressed air piping drops in challenging environments, Parker Transair offers our line of 316L stainless steel components. In addition to compressed air piping systems, these components can also be used for vacuum, industrial / inert gas, process water, and chemical transfer piping systems. The chemical make-up of 316L grade stainless steel allows these components to withstand frequent chemical washdowns commonly used in food & beverage production facilities.
